The combat mechanics are those of traditional JRPGs: each character in your party takes turns attacking enemies with one of their attacks. Each attack consumes a specific amount of MP, and defeating all enemies on the battlefield will earn you experience points and money. From the almost sublime decay of pristine white sand to the ominous turquoise blue of midnight, passing through the reds and purples with their profane undertones, the atmosphere is such that the Doomsday Clock strikes midnight.
