About this Game
Legendary Heroes Switch NSP Free Download. I still don’t understand what happened to Legendary Heroes. Inspired by the Defense of the Ancients mod for Warcraft III, it shares some mechanics with League of Legends… and isn’t nearly as fun as either title. It’s a shame, because the game has great potential, and Maya Games still has a long way to go to make it truly exceptional. The gameplay is quite simple and particularly easy to grasp if you’ve played League of Legends before. You play a campaign consisting of 30 short levels (but without a compelling storyline) in which your objective is to destroy the enemy defense towers and the Source Well.
To help you in your quest, you have three heroes and an endless army of AI-controlled minions that spawn and advance regularly across the map. Your opponent, meanwhile, is trying to do the same thing with their heroes and minions. The game features eight different heroes, some of which can be unlocked with gems. Each hero has four special abilities, which can be unlocked and upgraded as you progress. It’s incredibly easy to pick up and play thanks to intuitive touch controls. Switch heroes by tapping their portrait at the bottom of the screen.
Heroes with Unique Special Powers
The greatest battle of all time has begun! Heroes from every universe have been summoned to prove their strength and determine the ultimate team! Play as 10 different heroes, each with 4 special abilities. Earn XP, upgrade your powers, and become stronger, faster, and more resilient. Intense and dynamic matches across 30 different maps offer unique challenges for all players, from beginners to veterans. Moving your heroes is a breeze: just tap the screen (or press and hold to rotate them continuously). Meanwhile, special abilities are located on the right side of the screen, and a series of slots at the bottom allow you to store and activate temporary bonuses.
Besides well-designed controls, the game boasts superb graphics. Visually, it strongly resembles Warcraft III and League of Legends. However, the production quality leaves something to be desired: the lack of a soundtrack and unimpressive sound effects detract from the gameplay experience. Legendary Heroes’ main flaw, however, lies in its lack of polish and imperfections. This problem is particularly glaring in the AI’s movement. Difficult to notice in the early levels, composed of straight lines, it becomes obvious as soon as the maps become more complex.
Strengthen your team with bonuses!
Hold your finger on your character’s portrait to automatically return them to your altar and heal. It’s not uncommon to see a character rush straight ahead to the altar, ignoring the level’s boundaries. He then risks getting trapped against the map’s edges, becoming an easy target and vulnerable to being killed by pursuing enemies. Furthermore, it’s not uncommon to see characters pass through elements of the environment, such as defensive towers or landscape features located at the level’s edge.
However, it’s impossible to pass through other characters, even allies, making a hasty retreat virtually impossible when one’s health is low and one is in the middle of combat. One of the problems with Fallen Enchantress, released last October, is that the heroes (Sovereigns and Champions) are so powerful from the start that they make the rest of the game almost insignificant. The game doesn’t seem to understand that the presence of an overpowered godlike warrior on the battlefield removes all tension from combat, unlike Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes. In this standalone expansion, the heroes are powerful enough to stand out and inspire confidence in battle, without neglecting the soldiers and archers who command them.
Keep your progress across multiple playthroughs.
The game’s overall performance leaves much to be desired. At the time of this test, the game crashed at least every thirty minutes. Furthermore, the gold and gem shop was inaccessible. Another surprise: the lack of a multiplayer mode. This title seems to desperately need one. That being said, don’t expect a revolution. The game uses classical 4X mechanics, transposed into a fantasy world.
Building your kingdom requires both peaceful and military efforts. You expand your territory by founding new settlements and erecting new buildings, thanks to research conducted through three formidable technology trees. You can also raise small troops (somewhere between adventurers and armies) and conquer enemy fortresses in battles on chess-inspired tactical boards. Everything takes on a more intense strategic dimension. With improved combat systems, larger maps, and a host of new spells and monsters, Legendary Heroes stands out as the best version of this fantasy 4X strategy game to date.
