About this Game
Eternal Threads is a narrative puzzle game. This single-player, first-person game focuses on time management, decision-making, and its consequences.
In May 2015, as an agent tasked with combating temporal corruption, you are sent to northern England, where a fire has claimed six lives. Unable to simply extinguish the blaze, you must influence the decisions the housemates make over the coming week to ensure their survival.
You have complete freedom to explore the seven days leading up to the fire, right from the start. You can review and alter the week’s key events as many times as you like, in any order. Some choices have only a minor impact on the flow of time, such as rearranging furniture or revealing stories and mysteries. Major changes, however, involve rewriting the timeline by altering existing events, adding new ones, or even completely replacing previous ones.
As you progress through this timeline, you’ll have to make decisions at various points throughout the week. These decisions will need to be modified in such a way that their effects influence each other and ultimately save all six roommates.
However, the roommates aren’t the only ones with a choice. It’s possible to save each of them from the fire through various methods, and the results of these efforts will have a significant impact on their lives for years to come. Will you simply look for the easiest and quickest solution, or will you be able to find the one that benefits everyone?
Ultimately, it all comes down to the decisions and their consequences.
